On site training is much the same as one of our seminars but fulfills ALL state required training hours! And all at YOUR LOCATION!
On-site includes 8 ½ credit hours of training in:
- Age Appropriate Transitions & Curriculum
- Things to include when creating a curriculum and examples
- Recognizing and Preventing the Spread of Communicable Diseases
- Proper hand washing and surface cleaning using our “Nuclear Germs”
- Minimum Standards
- Age appropriate guidance and discipline
- Supervision of children in your class and on a field trip
- What is expected of you in your classroom –
- From your Director?
- From a tour?
- From State Licensing?
· Including Children with special needs
· Professional Development
- PLUS-
12 hours of self-instructional materials on:
· Teacher-child interaction (1 credit hour)
· Leadership Essentials (1 credit hour)
· Growth and Development – Birth to 12 years (4 credit hours)
· Early Brain Development (4 credit hours)
· How to Get Through to Parents (1 credit hour)
· Developing Language (1 credit hour)
